Skinny is not supposed to be beautiful. In fact, it is unhealthy. Jessica believes that there are not magic pills or drinks that make one?s body in great shape. In fact, each person has his or her own body parts that need extra work out. In her case, her thighs, legs, and butt are areas that she requires exercises that are more extensive.

As a Hollywood icon, Jessica Biel feels responsible in promoting healthy bodies. She would like to be a positive image to her young female fans by becoming a responsible role model. Her diet plan includes eating in decreased portions more frequently in a day. Jessica eats three small healthy meals per day PLUS three snacks, for a total of six meals in a day. Ideal exercise is for at least half an hour three times weekly.
